Manager, Growth Marketing (Paid)
This is a 3-day-a-week hybrid position based in our office in northwest Austin, TX, 78750, just south of Cedar Park.

We are seeking a highly analytical, domain-savvy Growth Marketing leader to own and orchestrate our paid and organic acquisition strategy. This role is a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, acting as the central “traffic manager” for growth—setting the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring parallel projects move forward efficiently and effectively. The person in this role will be responsible for managing both internal team members and external contractors.
This role will drive performance across PPC, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels, using data to inform decisions and continuously optimize for scale.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Own the paid and organic marketing roadmap, setting short- and long-term strategic goals aligned with business objectives
- Act as a traffic manager for marketing initiatives—prioritizing projects, managing parallel workstreams, and driving momentum
- Translate business goals into measurable acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, stepping in where needed to move work forward
- Lead our existing team to manage PPC, Meta Ads, and other paid programs
- Fully own paid strategy, execution, testing, and performance optimization
- Develop testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Monitor spend efficiency, CAC, ROAS, and downstream performance metrics
- Be deeply data-driven and analytical, using insights to guide prioritization and decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and performance narratives for leadership
- Identify growth levers, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend actionable improvements
- Work cross-functionally with other departments, Product, Client Success, Sales, and Tech team, using project management skills to keep track of multiple work streams
- Oversee external vendors or agencies as needed while maintaining clear accountability
- Maintain an open-minded, test-and-learn mindset, continuously iterating on strategies
- 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong domain expertise across paid acquisition channels. Experience in organic acquisition methods considered a plus.
- Proven experience managing PPC and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) at scale
- Exceptionally analytical, comfortable working with complex data sets and performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects while driving results
- Experience in a Manager or Senior Manager–level role, with ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and setting direction, not just executing tasks
- A sense of humor
- Clear, prioritized growth roadmap that aligns teams and resources
- Consistent improvement in acquisition efficiency and organic visibility
- Strong performance insights that influence strategic decisions
