Sales Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY
360Connect, LLC is seeking a Sales Supervisor interested in joining a 10x award-winning Austin American-Statesman "Top Work Places." This individual will be an experienced sales professional who thrives in a player-coach role, loves helping others grow, values integrity, enjoys a collaborative culture, and is ready to advance into frontline leadership.
The Sales Supervisor will begin as an individual contributor and grow into a leadership position responsible for managing a team of 1–7 sales reps. This is a full-time, exempt role based out of our Austin, TX office (near 183 and Hymeadow Drive) with a hybrid schedule—Tuesdays through Thursdays in-office, Mondays and Fridays work-from-home optional.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Phase 1 – Individual Contributor (First 6–12 Months):
- Achieve 100% of personal sales quota using the Gate Selling System
- Master our products, processes, tools, and customer segments
- Shadow Sales Leadership and assist in day-to-day operations
- Analyze sales calls and provide insights for coaching
- Support hiring, onboarding, and sales training activities
- Coach and manage a team of 1–7 sales reps to achieve performance goals
- Lead 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and call shadowing sessions
- Monitor dashboards and KPIs to guide performance
- Support onboarding and skill development of team members
- Foster an accountable, positive team culture aligned with company values
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on hiring and team growth strategy
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong sales and coaching ability in a goal-oriented B2B environment
- Ability to translate KPIs and data into actionable performance improvements
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), Excel (pivot tables, charts), and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High learning agility and adaptability to changing business needs
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and at least 3 years of team management or leadership experience
- Proven ability to hit quota and build a high-performing team
- Strong CRM experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Background in Sandler Sales training
- Experience with Salesforce and Adobe e-Sign or Docusign
