Come build and scale a digital marketing performance engine
What You'll Own:
You'll run our paid acquisition engine—$250K+ monthly spend across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta, scaling toward $500K. This is a hands-on role: you're in the platforms daily, building campaigns, writing ad copy, analyzing data, and deciding where the next dollar goes.
You'll also manage one direct report and report directly to the CEO.
Day-to-day:
- Build, test, and optimize campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta and other emerging channels
- Scale lead volume while improving contribution margin
- Write and test ad creative (increasingly AI-assisted)
- Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and downstream revenue daily
- Produce weekly performance reports: what changed, why, what's next
- Manage one internal team member (priorities, coaching, execution quality)
- Like to keep score and win
- Live in the data and trust it over gut feel
- Move fast—test, learn, adjust—without needing perfect information
- Can build repeatable systems while staying hands-on in execution
- Have a sense of humor (we're serious about results, not ourselves)
Must-haves:
- 5+ years hands-on managing paid media budgets (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads)
- Direct ownership of $100K+/month in spend (ideally $200K+)
- Proven track record scaling spend while maintaining or improving efficiency
- Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, turning raw data into insights
- Comfortable setting direction in ambiguity
- Experience using AI in analyzing data and managing campaigns a plus (we are a “Claude Company”)
- B2B lead-gen or performance marketing background
- Experience managing a small team
